1. Check who will drive and who will ride.
Drivers must be at least 18 and bring a valid driving licence. Each vehicle carries one driver and an optional passenger, up to two people in total. Tell us passenger ages before booking so we can confirm suitability. Ask us before paying if you are unsure whether your licence meets the requirements.
2. Book vehicles, rather than individual seats.
The daytime quad tour costs €99 per quad and the daytime buggy tour costs €139 per buggy. The vehicle price is the same for one or two occupants. In checkout, one ticket means one vehicle. Confirm the chosen date, departure, vehicle quantity and final total before payment.

3. Prepare for an outdoor activity.
As practical preparation, choose closed shoes and clothing you are comfortable getting dusty or dirty. Check the forecast and ask the team about layers or rain protection for your date. Check the product’s inclusions and your confirmation rather than assuming both vehicles include the same items.

4. Get to the exact meeting point.
Both tours depart from Rua das Quintinhas, Charneca da Caparica, Portugal. The exact house number is provided after confirmed booking. They do not start in central Lisbon, and transport is not included. Use the exact address supplied after booking, check the live journey estimate and follow your confirmation’s arrival instructions. 5. Allow time for preparation and stops.
The daytime experience lasts three hours in total, including preparation, the briefing and stops. This is not three hours of continuous driving. The route can change with terrain, weather and safety conditions. Avoid planning a tight connection immediately afterwards.
6. Listen to the briefing and ask questions.
No previous quad-riding experience is necessary for the quad tour. Your guide explains the controls and gives you practice before leaving. Follow the guide throughout and ask if something is unclear. Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the activity.
7. Keep your confirmation handy.
Your provider confirmation confirms the booking. A prepared WhatsApp message or an email enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. Direct bookings have free cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled start; later customer cancellations are non-refundable. For OTA bookings, use the platform where you booked.
